Step 13
Get some threads
Everyone wants merch so get on it. Again if you know someone who is good at graphics then you take advantage of their goodwill and get something sorted for cheap. There are plenty of websites who print for peanuts just make sure there's a small amount of quality involved. If your transfers peel off after one ride in the washing machine then people will get pissed off.



Step 14
Be professional
While it's your band and you can choose whether you get pissed before going onstage you need to maintain a level of professionalism. If you don't have a manager everyone needs to be willing to put the work in. You can't just expect 2 members of the band to do 95% of the work just because you once booked a gig. The more you work together the quicker things will get done.



Step 15
Consolidate

1. Get some boys/girls
2. Get a name
3. Get a sound
4. Get a practice space
5. Get some song
6. Get some gigs
7. Get a manager
8. Get a van
9. Get reviews
10. Get on the radio
11. Get on the TV
12. Get some merch
13. Get a brain
